Johnelle Walters is employed by Hopwood Integrated Training as the General Manager. Johnelle has more than 21 years experience in the Vocational Education arena and has an extensive range of managerial experience in both the public and private sectors enabling her to successfully support the broadening of scope and growth across a range of sectors in the business.

Her skills and knowledge base enable her to support clients in the identification of funding and opportunities for the benefit of the organisation's clientelle. Johnelle continues to support the services offered to the clients of Hopwood Integrated Training and strives to building fortuitous relationships across all sectors of the business.

Having joined the Hopwood Integrated Training team as our Business Relationships Manager, Denelle brings an extensive skills and knowledge base from many years in the Vocational Education and Training sector. Denelle has built a strong networking base in wide range of arena's through her extensive exposure to VET whilst working with other similiarly minded Registered Training Organisations; Australian Apprenticeship Centre and National client groups.

Denelle's role as our Business Relationships Manager is hands-on and works to support the needs of our current stakeholders and clients. The role will support the building of networks on both a State and National level. Denelle works closely with our current client group to support and enhance a range of quality outcomes, whilst introducing the services of Hopwood Integrated Training to new stakeholders across a broad range of industries.

Gail Parkes - Accounts Coordinator

Gail joined the team at Hopwood Integrated Training in 2005 as the Accounts Coordinator and since that time has continued to develop and excel in the role.  Gail brings a broad range of skills to the organisation having successfully managed her own business for many years.  Her extensive skills in business management and administrative associated applications are second to none and this is evident by the vast wealth of knowledge which she applies in all that she undertakes on behalf of the organisation.  She is well respected by both staff and clients alike.

Leanne Rostagno - Completions/Cancellations Coordinator

Since joining the team at Hopwood Integrated Training in 2005 as the Completions/Cancellations Coordinator, Leanne has enhanced the values and outcomes of training to our clients through her abilities to manage the process around the organisations completions and cancellations. Prior to joining the team, Leanne had worked in business focused roles for more than 20 years.  She continues to enhance the outcomes of the organisation today through her commitment to providing quality processes to our clients and stakeholders within the Vocational, Education and Training sector.

Brittany Walters - Business Support Trainee (School Based)

Brittany joined the Hopwood Integrated Training team in March 2011 as School based Business Support Trainee. Brittany is currently developing a range of skills and knowledge whilst undertaking a Business qualification. Since joining the team, Brittany is working consistently to contribute to the quality outcomes for both our clients and stakeholders to the business.

Sarah Shaw - Business Support Officer

Sarah joined the Hopwood Integrated Training team in mid 2010 as the Business Support Officer. Sarah brings a broad range of skills and knowledge from a wide range of experience and exposure throughout the training sector. Since joining the team, Sarah has worked on the development of resources for the organisation enhancing the quality outcomes for both our clients and stakeholders to the business.

Jamie recently joined the Hopwood Integrated Training team as our Business Training Consultant. Jamie brings with him an extensive skill base built over many years of experience in the Vocational Eduation and Training sector. Having worked previously with Registered Training Organisations; Australian Apprenticeship Centre; Group Training Organisation and Employment Services sector, Jamie's experience and knowledge base blends well with the requirements of our team and that of our client and stakeholder groups. Our clients look forward to Jamie sharing his strengths and knowledge in this hands-on role as a trainer/assessor along with his experience in solution based business support across the industry. Jamie's expertise in the analysis of client needs and customisation of training programs are key qualities that will ensure that he becomes a valuable resource to the organisation and the clients and stakeholders of Hopwood Integrated Training.

Kim brings more than 20 years experience in the Vocational Education and Training sector to the organisation, with almost half of this timeframe working with Hopwood Integrated Training.  Kim's versatility and strength in the training sector in Logistics is outstanding.  Having more than 26 years experience in Warehousing including 5 in Managerial roles, Kim has an outstanding ability to deliver training in a broad range of diverse environments which maximises the outcomes of both participants and their organisations.

Brad's extensive skill set includes a range of qualifications gained through over 25 years experience in managing logistical assets and training. Brad has been a trainer in the Vocational, Education and Training sector for more than 10 years, 6 of those with Hopwood Integrated Training.

Recently Brad has undergone a range of Professional Development allowing him to deliver hand-on theoretical and practical knowledge based training of the Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40110) qualification. Brad looks forward to working with our client base who are currently studying this qualification along with supportins the Training Training team in the Transport and Logistics sector.

Having had more than 31 years in a broad range of experiences from Military, transport and bus industry, Brad is an outstanding trainer and delivers an exceptional level of service to the clients and participants on behalf of the organisation.

Grant has developed extensive experience and skills whilst employed in the Transport industry. This has been through many years of hands-on application.  Having worked in Business Management in both operational and training positions in various sectors, Grant has developed a range of skills which benefit our client and stakeholder groups delivering training outcomes of a high standard. Grant always maintains a highly professional manner and coordinates the efficient and effective delivery of training and assessment services to the clients at Hopwood Integrated Training.

Ted has been in the training industry since 2002 and has an extensive skill set and knowledge base in the Logistics industry.  The development of these skills has been through a broad range of experiences including 20 years with the Defence Force.  Ted has been very proactive in the management of the company's clients and the training and assessing of the client's employees.  Ted is very effective in applying the necessary quality systems and assessment tools to ensure effective customer service with a focus on enhancing our client relationships.

Robert has been part of the team at Hopwood Integrated Training since 2009 and has an extensive range of skills and knowledge which he has gained through more than 20 years in the Passenger Transport Industry.  Robert's skills and knowledge base have proven to be very adaptable and he is a welcomed addition to the team working with our largest client.  His ability to meld together both practical and theoretical applications has been fantastic and is welcomed by both clients and participants of our training.

Mick Slattery has a long established history and is well respected in the Bus Sector where he was working as the Training Coordinator with a large organisation for many years. Since joining the team in late August, Mick has smoothly transitioned into the team and is enjoying the flexibility of working with a wide range of clients across the Bus sector. Due to Mick's passion and enthusiasm for the Bus Industry built over more than 16 years, he provides an extensive range of skills and experience to the organisation which will benefit both the outcomes of our clients and their employees.

Neville re-joined the team at Hopwood Integrated Training in mid 2011 and brings with him an extensive range of skills and knowledge gained over many years as an instructor/trainer in a range of roles across the Logistics industry including experience in the Taxi industry.  With Neville's extensive range of skills and experience we strongly believe that he will provide outstanding outcomes to our clients and their employees.
